3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information submitted is accurate.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship products within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon shipment.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Proof of condition may be required before a return is approved.

6. Limited Lifetime Warranty

Bark Park Equipment LLC offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on its products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, modification, neglect, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

At our discretion, warranty claims may result in repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product. Proof of purchase is required.

7. Product Use & Safety

Our products must be used only as intended. Improper use, alteration, or failure to follow installation and usage instructions may result in injury or property damage and will void any warranty.

The customer assumes all responsibility and risk associated with the use of our products.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
